Building on over 15 years of experience at some of the county’s most prestigious and award-winning Indian
and Bangladeshi restaurants I take pride in the quality of the food I prepare and serve.
My family and I have
been featured on Gordon Ramsay headline show, The ‘f’ Word reaching the final stages in 2009.
All dishes are prepared using traditional techniques and the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Where possible
I use locally sourced produce, supporting other family businesses within the locality which I value highly.
The spices, herbs and ingredients used in all of my dishes are of the highest quality and are sourced from
fair-trade companies where possible.
